We have booked Jane Sammells of Curriculum Kitchen to run a series of dairying demonstrations in the Dairy Days exhibition at the Dales Countryside Museum this month. We popped in this afternoon to swap over the oral history recordings on the two units and saw that she had attracted quite a crowd on this rainy Autumn morning.
The demonstrations are on the following four Tuesday afternoons, 1pm-4pm if you fancy popping down and having a chat. Jane is a mine of fascinating information on the subject of heritage food preparation.
