70 Essentials in the Yorkshire Dales National Park

On 16 November 2024 we mark 70 years since the Yorkshire Dales was designated a National Park.

To celebrate this anniversary we’ve prepared, with the support of local partners, ’70 Essentials’ that we think any resident or visitor should experience in the National Park. These include iconic locations and walks, activities, ways to connect with nature, and stories to be heard.
