IN CELEBRATION OF THE YORKSHIRE DALES CHEESE FESTIVAL 6-9 OCTOBER 2023

Throughout the Festival we will be offering a mouth-watering selection of cheese-based dishes as part of our lunch and dinner menus. The “Cheese Fest Specials” that will feature during the Festival include:

Smoked Wensleydale cheese and caramelised onion pie Tartiflette of layered Maris Piper potatoes and Gruyère with bacon lardons Bocconcini-filled chicken breast with roasted pepper tapenade Smoked haddock and Yoredale cheese rarebit Baked ricotta and almond Italian cheesecake with salted caramel sauce
