The Yorkshire Dales Landscape Photography Show

During September and October 2025, The Old School Art Gallery in Muker will be hosting the Yorkshire Dales Landscape Photography Show, bringing together a collection of images that showcase this unique and beautiful part of the world, taken by some of the UK’s leading landscape photographers.
From Nidderdale, through Ribblesdale, Malhamdale, Wharfedale, Dentdale, Wensleydale to Swaledale (not forgetting the many side dales), each dale has its own distinctive character and features, but all are bonded by high fells, countless miles of drystone walls, field barns, tight knit villages and country pubs. They’re a wonderful place to visit and explore, especially with a camera in hand.
Photographers confirmed for the exhibition include: David Tarn, Lizzie Shepherd, Anthony Shaughnessy, Paul Berriff, Paul Grogan, David Speight, Paul Clark, Joe Cornish and the exhibition organiser and gallery owner Richard Walls. Just as each dale has its own character, each photographer brings their own unique perspective to the landscape.
“We know from the many hundreds, perhaps thousands of conversations at our gallery in Swaledale, that visitors from all over the world fall for the charm and beauty of the Yorkshire Dales, so it’s going to be a real pleasure to represent them through the eyes and lenses of some of the Dales’ leading photographers”.
