Corporate day Path up to Malham Cove

Corporate Partnership Explained

Between 2011 and 2015 Government funding for National Parks fell by 40% so budgets and resource continue to be stretched. We are now looking to form new partnerships and relationships to continue our work and secure and enhance the future of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

If you choose to work with the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority, our partnership will be tailored to ensure it meets your business objectives but all partners will benefit from:

  • Association with the highly respected and much loved ‘Yorkshire Dales National Park’ brand
  • The opportunity to demonstrate the company’s commitment to protecting the environment to customers and employees, for the benefit of local people, visitors and wildlife
  • The opportunity to meet the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility goals

Other more tangible benefits may include:

  • Promotion across our digital channels – 350,000 unique visitors to our website, 40,000 twitter followers and 10,000 facebook likes
  • Space in our ‘Visitor’ annual official guide (125,000 copies) and biannual ‘Dales’ residents newspapers delivered to all 12,000 households in the Park
  • Local, regional and national media coverage
  • Tailored content and/or events for your channels
  • Staff team-building days in the National Park

In which ever way you choose to work with the National Park Authority, we will ensure your brand and products receive appropriate levels of exposure and promotion.

We understand that you will want to know how your investment will be used and what real impact your involvement will have, so we will work with you to agree a sponsorship plan that details:

  • Why we are undertaking the project/work
  • The nature and extent of the investment agreed
  • How the investment will be used
  • The desired outcomes for your business
  • A comprehensive public engagement plan
  • Clear goals and objectives and measures of success
  • Next phases of development or exit strategy
