At Studfold Adventure Trail discover the Studfold Fairies in their special houses in the enchanted Village of Two stone wishes in a hidden dell. Follow the adventure nature trail and discover Studfold's hidden secrets, and ride on a go kart at this fun attraction for families. Take time out with your children or grandchildren, away from digital devices and experience a childhood adventure. Memories are made at Studfold!
So come along and let children enjoy the freedom of the magical setting at Studfold, farmed by 16 generations of the same family. Marvel at the surrounding views and enjoy a picnic or delicious cakes from the cafe. It's ideal for children from toddlers to 12, with different activities to engage all ages, boys and girls. They love to engage with the age related adventure sheets which help to discover the hidden treasure box and find larger than life surprises along the trail including the 20ft hedgehog, giant story-telling chair, massive footprints, huge spiders web, and many more surprises.
You might also like to take a seat for a little while in the bird hide or just sit and watch the children enjoy the play park near the ancient barn where you can learn more about farming in past times. Young visitors are encouraged to get in the spirit by wearing their own pixie or fairy dressing up clothes, or in the summertime event they can borrow fairy fairy wings and pixie hats from the on-site shop.
On your arrival order a picnic from our Nidderdale Way Cafe and it can be delivered to the play area en route.
Look out for Studfold Easter and Summertime events too.
