Rind is the latest restaurant and first outside of London from The Cheese Bar team. You may know them from Pick & Cheese the worlds first cheese conveyor belt restaurant in Covent Garden or The Cheese Barge outside Paddington Station.

Living up to the businesses motto of Championing British cheese, Rind serves a seasonal menu of wood fired pizzas from a large oven at the heart of the restaurant. With stunning views out over Ingleborough and the rolling dales its the perfect place to while away the hours with a cheeseboard and a glass of wine. 

Attached to the restaurant is award winning cheese shop The Courtyard Dairy and a fantastic museum of British cheesemaking.
