Peaceful and relaxing family-run farm campsite at the foot of the Howgill Fells.  Low Greenside in the Westmorland Dales is central for the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, with excellent access to both - but none of the hustle and bustle!

Pitches are set round the edges of a large field. All have fabulous views, masses of space, and individual fire pits. Good dry logs with free kindling are always available to buy on site. Pack your marshmallows and prepare to relax... The owners describe it as 'Camping as it used to be!'.

Brand new shower and toilet facilities are in individual washrooms, thoughtfully designed, eco-friendly and maintained to the highest standards.  The owners are proud to have achieved a Silver Award for Green Tourism and are working towards their Gold Award.

10 minute stroll to two excellent village pubs in the pretty village of Ravenstonedale - both with riverside gardens, good food, and real ales. Both pubs are dog friendly. 

There's a great choice of hill and valley walks available straight from your tent and don't miss a walk to the Smardale and Bowber Head Nature Reserves. The campsite's guide 'Nine Great Walks from Low Greenside' will help you to make the most of your stay.

The campsite caters mainly for tents but also has 3 campervan hardstanding pitches and, for glampers, a beautiful Yurt and a lovely Bell Tent. Please see their website for details.
