Cotter Force

One of the National Park's most accessible waterfalls with its specially graded path suitable for pushchairs and wheelchair users. A bench near the falls means you can rest and enjoy the delightful scenery.

From Hawes take the main road - the A684 - towards Sedbergh. After crossing the River Ure on a narrow bridge you will shortly find a lay-by on the right. A path leads from here to the waterfall.

The short walk to view the waterfall is an accessible walk which you can view on our 'Miles without Stiles' webpage along with other accessible walks.
