Brymor is the only producer in Yorkshire making ice cream with milk from their own herd of pedigree Guernsey cows. Brymor is now stocked in more than 300 independent retailers, farm shops and selected supermarkets including Waitrose and Booths. They make all their ice cream by hand on the farm and have their calves and young stock from our herd on public view, who will one day produce the milk to use for their ice cream.
The parlour and cafe are situated just outside Masham in stunning countryside just a stone's throw away from the ancient ruin of Jervaulx Abbey. They sell their range of real dairy ice cream just a few steps away from where it is produced in their dairy. They produce over twenty-five flavours, everything from the ever favourite vanilla to one of their best sellers - Black Cherry Whim Wham.
