Arkleside is ideally located for touring the Dales and visiting the historic town of Richmond, along with the market towns of Leyburn, Hawes and Barnard Castle.

The Village of Reeth is a popular centre for walkers and cyclists and being set mid way along the popular Coast to Coast walk, as well as the Herriot and Inn way it's easy to see why.
