Take a walk round Richmond with your knowledgeable volunteer guide, Will, spotting the clues to its military past. You might be surprised to learn just how much history there is beneath your feet and all around you.

It’s a stunning way to find out more about the town; planes, boats, boots, bridges, nurses, Normans, Germans, castles and trains all feature.

The wander takes about an hour (depending on how keen everyone is to ask questions), it’s FREE, but donations to the museum would be very gratefully received.
