Learn about how our cheeses are made and what gives them their unique flavour and texture and watch Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese being crafted from our viewing gallery and in our daily demonstrations at 10:15am | 12:15pm | 1pm | 1:45pm | 2:30pm | 3:30pm | 4pm.
