Join us on this 3.7 mile (5 km) guided geology walk to the other worldly landscape of Threshfield Quarry, and learn about the origin and structure of the rocks.

A walk with some steep gradients, stiles and very uneven loose stone surfaces. There are some steep drops at the quarry edge and children must be supervised at all times.

Meet at the entrance to the Threshfield Quarry complex on Skirethorns Lane, BD23 5PH.

Please wear outdoor clothing appropriate for the weather and sturdy shoes with a good grip. Don’t forget your packed lunch.

Dogs not allowed.
