SWALEDALE FESTIVAL – Carducci String Quartet
Tuesday 3 June, 2025 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Celebrated ensemble playing Ravel’s translucent Quartet, a true masterpiece. It is beautifully paired with Schubert’s melodious 10th Quartet in E flat and Caroline Shaw’s wonderful Entr’acte, in which we find ‘subtle glimpses of classical and baroque music that has suddenly found itself in the wrong century’ (Timothy Judd).
