Stargazing at Meadow Falls

We’ve got something a little bit magical lined up to start the camping season this year and we’d love for you to join us. If you’ve ever looked up at the night sky and wondered what’s out there, this is for you.

Whether you’re a curious beginner, a nature-lover or simply want a memorable night with the family – come and join us for a Stargazing session  — it’s a lovely way to start the new season together.

Date: Sunday 1st March
Time: 6pm – 8pm (TBC)
Tickets: £10 per person

To book your place (event only) please use this link.   If you are planning to camp and attend this event as part of your stay, please use this link www.meadowfalls.co.uk/booknow

What to expect

⭐ A friendly introduction to stargazing with our visiting astronomer, Rob Cockcroft.
🌌 Spot constellations, planets and dark sky wonders (no experience needed!)
🔥 Guided observing (weather permitting)
🌥 If cloudy, we’ll head indoors for an interactive night-sky session
🥣 Homemade soup + sausage roll to keep you warm
🍫 Fire pit marshmallows & s’mores to finish

What to bring:

🧥Warm layers (Yorkshire evenings keep you on your toes!)
🔭Binoculars if you have them (Eager eyes are all you’ll need)

⁉️Questions  (Curious minds encouraged)

We don’t have to finish at 8pm – You’re welcome to stay watching the stars into the evening and keep asking questions.

We can’t wait to kick off the season with good company, glowing skies, and the smell of toasted marshmallows in the air.

If you’ve got questions about the event, just get in touch — always happy to help.

See you under the stars!

Warm campfire wishes,

Liz and Dave
