Book a Stargazing Experience in the Yorkshire Dales
Why not book a stay in one of our charming lodges or our cozy cottage for a night under the stars? Enjoy a peaceful, self-guided stargazing experience in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales – an International Dark Sky Reserve.
This is your opportunity to guide yourself through the constellations, observe the awe-inspiring night sky, and relax in the tranquillity of the natural surroundings.
Why the Yorkshire Dales is Perfect for Stargazing:
The Yorkshire Dales National Park is officially designated as an International Dark Sky Reserve, making it one of the best places in the world to experience the wonders of the night sky. With minimal light pollution, the skies are perfect for stargazing, especially during the New Moon phase when the sky is darkest, offering the best views of the Milky Way and distant planets.
