Stroll through the traditional dairy farming landscape that has been producing Wensleydale’s rich milk – the vital component of the famous cheese – for generations. As well as enjoying the scenery and learning more about the area, you will visit Curlew Dairy’s ‘micro-dairy’, where you can learn about how they hand-produce cheese in small batches and what gives it its unique flavour and texture… and, of course, sample the product!
