Mosses of Upper Swaledale

A walk led by Sue & Les Knight and enjoy the mosses of Upper Swaledale. There will be an initial introductory session, with hand lenses, in the visitor centre to allow familiarisation with some species before a local walk. The speed of the walk is often described as ‘glacial’ to allow everyone to study the various specimens. Easy going, approx 1 mile.
