A traditional and one of the oldest Yorkshire Dales sheep shows, were you can see the best of local breeds.

Soak up the atmosphere at a traditional  agricultural show a Dales treat not to be missed. Long at the heart of the community, this show can be traced back well over a century and has its own distinct local traditions and rituals.

You’ll typically find various breeds of sheep, home produce and crafts, walking stick carving , all set against a musical backdrop of a silver band.

There will be plenty of delicious local food and drink to try. The day has always been a chance for isolated farming families to fet together and share knowledge and experience and have some fun.
