Local and Family History Talk – Exploring how local and family history go hand in hand

Judy Rhodes is a family historian with a special interest in Yorkshire and the Yorkshire Dales, where she lives with four generations of her family.
She is passionate about the lives of our ancestors, including their local history, and building a picture of the people and their environment through research.

She is an AGRA Associate (The Association of Genealogists and Researchers in Archives) and a member of The Society of Genealogists.

She gives talks on a variety of topics associated with family history and runs workshops to assist everyone with an interest in their family history to learn how to get started and how to progress research.
