A short walk round Shap to look at the lichens in the playing field and on trees, dry-stone walls and grave stones in the churchyard. No prior knowledge necessary. Meet at The Old Courthouse at 9.30 for Tea /coffee with a short introduction, starting walk at 10:00 and back by 12 noon.
