A tutored cheese-tasting pack delivered via pre-recorded video, which is ideal for home-parties or small ‘zoom’ virtual events across friends.
A varied cheeseboard featuring six portions of the finest farmhouse British cheese (Dorstone, Lancashire, Hafod Cheddar, Baron Brie, Aged Old Winchester, Young Buck Blue), and two matched 375ml bottles of fabulous wine will be delivered, to any address nationwide, in time for the tasting, plus a tasting sheet, scorecard, map and flavour wheel.
Andy Swinscoe, former World Cheesemonger of the Year will guide you on a pre-recorded video as you taste six of the very best British cheeses, explaining their flavours, their histories and why a good cheesemonger would be delighted with them, and give you a detailed tasting background on how to match white and red wine with the cheese.
