Dark Skies Planet Trail – Aysgarth Falls

The Yorkshire Dales National Park is a place where you can find the most wondrous star-filled skies, free from light pollution. Learn fun facts about the planets and star constellations in our solar system along the self-guided Trail.
The Planet Trail is in Freeholders Wood, which is just a few meters away from the Aysgarth Falls National Park Centre and the delicious Coppice Café.
The trail is approximately 1.5km to complete the full circuit including the waterfalls.
Booking is not required, but please call into the visitor cenre to collect your Planet Trail Quiz.
This Planet Trail is part of the Yorkshire Dales Dark Skies Fringe Festival running from the 21st October to the 30th October 2022.
