DalesRunner 20km and Fremington Frenzy

The DR20 is an exciting introduction to the DalesRunner Series, with testing ascents, spectacular ridge-running and fast technical descents. This is a fully marked route featuring rarely visited twists and turns, plus magnificent views of the northern Dales – a favourite with local runners. The course is a mix of grassy trods, hard packed footpaths and a few technical sections with loose rocks as you head through mining hushes.

If you don’t fancy the full 20km, the Fremington Frenzy is a short course option at 11km.
