As part of the Yorkshire Dales Cheese Festival in October we, at How Stean Gorge, are celebrating with unique ‘Cheese and Climb’ sessions.

You will enjoy a tasty Yorkshire Dales Cheese Board with delicious local cheese and enjoy the challenge of Yorkshire’s only via ferrata high wire experience.

Get ready to traverse the ravine over beam, ladder and cables. In the final stages you’ll conquer the Tyrolean traverse, the postman’s walk, and the Burma bridge. To finish you’ll fly over the gorge with the zip wire.

Challenge yourself on Yorkshire’s only via ferrata high-wire course, a thrilling adventure that includes traversing a dramatic ravine using beams, ladders, and cables. You’ll face exhilarating obstacles like the Tyrolean traverse, postman’s walk, and Burma bridge before finishing with a heart-pounding zip wire ride over the gorge.

With three sessions available: 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, there’s plenty of opportunity to immerse yourself in this unforgettable experience.
