A tutored cheese-tasting pack delivered via pre-recorded video, which is ideal for home-parties or small ‘zoom’ virtual events across friends.
A varied cheeseboard featuring six 100g portions of the finest farmhouse British cheeses (Dorstone, Lancashire, Hafod Cheddar, Baron Brie, Aged Old Winchester, Young Buck Blue), and five cans of craft beer will be delivered, to any address nationwide, in time for the tasting, plus a tasting sheet, matching guidance, scorecard, map and flavour wheel.
Andy Swinscoe, former World Cheesemonger of the Year, will guide you on a pre-recorded video as you taste six of the very best British cheeses, explaining their flavours, their histories and why a good cheesemonger would be delighted with them, and give you a detailed tasting background on how to match the beers with each cheese.
