BROADRAKE – Willow Curlews

Learn to make an attractive willow curlew sculpture with tutor Phil Bradley. This course is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience of working with willow.

This sculptural willow workshop is our most popular workshop; the Curlew is a lovely iconic Yorkshire Dales bird that breeds in neighbouring fields around Broadrake and often flies over our site with it’s lovely evocative call.

Broadrake will be making a donation equal to the price of a workshop place to Curlew Action which is actively working to protect this Red listed bird.
