Popular tutor John Harrison will lead this workshop in his unique, simple yet effective style which suits the Dales landscape very well. The day will include demos, exercises, outdoor sketching(weather permitting), ink drawing and the application of watercolour washes to create a loose, lively painting of iconic Yorkshire Dales features. Reference material, exercise handouts and watercolour paper are all provided. Please bring your own paints, pencils, pens and a sketchbook as well as a packed lunch. A list of recommended colours will be sent after booking.
