Austwick Street Market & Cuckoo Festival

A classic Dales day out – the Austwick Street Market & Cuckoo Festival is an annual May Bank Holiday event not to be missed.

NEW for this year – a fun Dog Show for your four-legged friends and a Yorkshire ‘unicorn’! The Thwaites Dray Horses will be back, there’ll be music from Settle & Giggleswick Brass band, classic vehicles, jazz music, The Austwick Amble Fell Race and all the local crafts, produce, the plant stall and baking. The legendary ‘spares’ and bric-a-brac stalls will offer great opportunities to bargain hunters and lovers of vintage treasures. Younger visitors will enjoy Punch & Judy, activities, face painting and children’s entertainer – Juggling Jim!

The Austwick Amble Fell Race is a popular event in its own right in the running community, with children’s and adult races setting off from the centre of the village.
