Out of Synch is the latest textile art project by Coventry-based weaver Theo Wright, that explores the synchronisation and sequencing of design elements.

Colour and pattern sequences are disrupted, so that they are no longer synchronised, but move in and out of alignment. Simple patterns become more complex and repeat less frequently. Each design is handwoven on a 16-shaft dobby loom: single cloths in linen, and double cloths in silk.
