Bank Top is the creation of Fay Hargreaves (Flo). Fay has wide ranging experience within the catering and hospitality sector spanning 3 decades.

Fay has had the desire for some time to create something that she could call her own, not only being able to show case her culinary skills but also using the best of local produce.

The aim of the the Bank Top experience is to provide top quality wholesome food, using the inspiration from both Fay’s local and wide ranging travel experience.
