Here is a list of delegation notices where decisions have been delegated to an officer either:

  • under a specific express authorisation; or
  • under a general authorisation where the effect of the decision is to grant a permission or licence;  affect the rights of an individual;  or incur expenditure which materially affects the Authority’s financial position (£50,000 or above).
