Worldwide, there are a plethora of green accreditation schemes. However, we have focused on schemes we feel are more focused to the type of tourism businesses we have in the Yorkshire Dales. These are the Green Tourism Business Scheme, TripAdvisor’s GreenLeader Programme and the David Bellamy Conservation Award.
