A 5 mile (8.0 km) around the fascinating landscape of Carperby parish.

Join us to find out more about the fascinating history of Carperby. A village where residents still have traditional rights over coppiced timber and the layout has been little changed over the centuries. The history of this small area is full of interest; and the views are stunning too!

The route includes steps, stiles, uneven ground and slight gradients. Please wear outdoor clothing appropriate for the weather and sturdy footwear with good grips.

Walk starts from Aysgarth Falls National Park Centre, DL8 3TH.
