We visited the dairy competition displays at the Great Yorkshire Show yesterday – what a wonderful display from butters to ice cream to yoghurt and of course cheese. We particularly enjoyed comparing the colour and risen cream content of these milk exhibitors’ entries.
The Wensleydale Creamery was there of course and we were pleased to see they were among the prize winners including a silver card for their traditional style Kit Calvert cheese.
