The Rivers and Streams of the Yorkshire Dales along with its Lakes and Tarns support many species of Freshwater Fish.  The main Dales rivers are important fisheries for species much-favoured by anglers such as Salmon, and Brown/Sea Trout, while the stony bottoms of some becks and sections of river shelter Bullhead.
