Cheese Festival @ Wensleydale Creamery

On Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 September, the famous Wensleydale Creamery in Hawes will be hosting a two-day celebration of the Dales rich-cheese making heritage, with market stalls, cheese tasting, pairing and grading, and cookery demonstrations.

Meet amazing local suppliers in the food and drink marquee, with over 30 different stall holders selling goodies to enjoy on the day or take home ranging from homemade preserves, crafts and cheese to beer, gin, baked goods and ice cream – udderly brilliant!

The Yorkshire Air Ambulance will be stopping by and giving children (and adults, too!) the chance to sit in their helicopter. There will be live music, a bouncy castle and children's entertainment, as well as a BBQ, a selection of cheesy festival food stalls and a bar.

Enjoy free entry to the festival and food and drink marquee, or buy a ticket for special events such as cookery and cheese making demonstrations, cheese pairing and talks, as well as the Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Experience.

To find out more, and to keep an eye out for tickets for the special events when they become available, visit the Wensleydale Creamery website.

We can't wait to see you and celebrate all things CHEESE!
