Reeth National Park Visitor Centre

The National Park Visitor Centre in Reeth is situated on a corner of the main square of this bustling village in Swaledale. Our National Park Visitor Centre is based within Hudson House Community Information Centre and we work in partnership to keep the National Park Centre staffed.

The  National Park Visitor Centre is a great starting point for anyone wanting to make the most of this beautiful area. You can find everything you will need to explore this stunning valley, learn about local walks along the river or up on to the moors and pick up information on cycling and mountain biking, or about the many local arts and craftspeople. There are interesting displays about the area, guide books and leaflets and of course, friendly staff to help you enjoy the National Park in just the way you want.

You can ask us about:

  • Planning your visit
  • Buying maps, books, souvenirs and clothing
  • Leaflets and brochures
  • How to get to and around the area by public transport

When we are closed the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority online shop is available

You can find out about walks and things to do in Reeth and the surrounding area here.
