Events and guided walks

There are hundreds of wonderful and diverse events running throughout the year organised by a range of providers to help you get closer to this very special place and make the most of your visit. From stream dipping and bat walks to beer festivals and craft workshops, you're sure to find a way to spend a fun-packed couple of hours - or days.

The National Park Authority runs over 140 guided walks, talks, demonstrations and children's events, including Wild Wednesdays throughout the school holidays.

If you would prefer to have a hard copy of this year's fantastic events calendar, a comprehensive 12 page listing is published each year in our annual newspaper, The Visitor - available from the end of February.
