Update: 28 July 2014 - Committee agendas and papers
We will soon be launching a new website. Unfortunately, due to the need to transfer all of the committee meeting agendas and papers to the new website, it is no longer possible to download the meeting documents from this site.
Until the new site is fully live, you can download the papers from Planning Committee Meetings. If you are unable to find what you need for the Planning Committee, please email email@example.com.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused - we will resume normal service as soon as we possibly can.

Telling the Planning Committee what you think
If you would like to make written representations or speak at the Planning Committee about a particular planning application you must comment or register in writing by 9.30am on the Friday before the meeting. Where a number of individuals or a group wishes to speak against an application they should agree a spokesperson who can speak on their behalf.
The procedure is as follows:
Chairman announces application
Planning officer presentation
Speakers against and for the application
Debate and decision by Planning Committee
How to find out what was decided
You can find out details of what was decided and view a scanned copy of the decision notice which shows whether there were any conditions on the planning permission or what the reasons for refusal were by using the planning application search.
