Green tourism, responsible tourism, sustainable tourism - whichever of these terms you want to use, it is tourism which takes into account the needs of the environment, local residents, businesses and visitors; now and in the future.
In these pages you can find details of the free-to-join Dales Tourism Business Network, some case studies of local businesses with inspiring ideas, the Distinctly Dales project which could help you market your business, and the range of support offered by the National Park Authority for tourism businesses.
Destination Dales is the new name for Dales Tourism. The structure and make up of the group has been reviewed and agreed at the last meeting of Dales Tourism on 9 October.
