Bainbridge, 7 April, 2017
Beautiful photography inspired by the landscape and wildlife of the Yorkshire Dales is being exhibited at the National Park Authority’s offices in Bainbridge.
The works, by Gary Lawson and David Higgins, have been on display at the Dales Countryside Museum in Hawes for the past two months.
Corporate Services Officer Lesley Knevitt said: “We wanted to give people who hadn’t been able to get to the DCM another chance to see this fantastic show. It’s free. Come along. Each image is accompanied by text explaining the story behind it.”
David Higgins travels extensively in pursuit of wildlife photography. Last year, he was shortlisted in the British Wildlife Photography Awards.
Gary Lawson is a professional photographer based in Ripon and has an extensive library of images from Cumbria and Yorkshire.
The exhibition will be on display at Yoredale, Bainbridge, Leyburn DL8 3EL until 24th May.
