Progress update HE2
By 2012 develop and update the Historic Environment Record for the Yorkshire Dales to incorporate the results of all publicly-funded research projects, and to make the informationwidely available electronically, and the paper records easily accessible.

Progress update:
895 new monument records, 131 source records and 52 event records were created in 2010/11 and added to the Historic Environment Record. The database now contains over 32,300 monument records. The listed building records have been enhanced to MIDAS standard. Work continues on transferring paper-based records to the HBSMR database but is now a reduced priority. The Out of Oblivion website, www.outofoblivion.org.uk, continues to be maintained and enhanced.
