Site Visit to Mill Hill, Reeth
Planning application reference: R/07/306
Planning application for: full planning permission for construction of one house with integral garage and parking space and one separate double garage
Location of development: Mill Hill, Reeth
The National Park Authority has arranged to make a site visit in connection with the above proposal.
The visit will take place at 11.00am on 20 January 2012. Please note that the Authority may visit other sites on the same day and there may be some delay.
The site visit is for fact finding purposes only and no decision on the proposal will be taken until the next full meeting of the Planning Committee. The matters which should be addressed are the following, which were given by members as the reasons for holding the site visit:
To properly understand the relationship of the proposed building to neighbouring buildings, and the appearance of the area, given the steeply sloping nature of the site and to understand highway conditions at the site access
If you require any further information regarding the above site visits please either phone 01969 652345 or email the Planning Team.
Sorry to interrupt, but what do you think of this website?
