MEETING: YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY
VENUE: Ingleborough Community Centre, Ingleton

Business
1. Public minutes of the meeting held on 28 November 2006.
2. Public Question Time.
The National Park Authority has allocated up to 15 minutes at the start of meetings to allow members of the public the opportunity to ask questions and/or to make statements that relate to the work of the Authority.
Notification of the subject matter of any question and/or statement must be received by the Chief Executive (National Park Officer) at Yoredale, Bainbridge, Leyburn DL8 3EL no later than 12 noon on the day before the meeting.
Each person will be allowed to address the meeting for up to three minutes.
3. Exclusion of the public from the meeting during the consideration of Item Nos 16 and 17 on the agenda on the grounds that they involve, respectively, the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 3 and 4 and paragraphs 6 and 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.
4. Apologies for absence.
5. Declarations of the existence and nature of personal interests.
6. Declarations of lobbying.
10. Preparing for changes to the Authority’s membership.
12. Public Speaking at Authority and Committee meetings.
13. Farm Buildings Design Guide.
14. Member Feedback.
15. To receive the Minutes of the meetings of the:
Access Committee held on 9 November;
Planning Committee held on 14 November and 12 December;
Standards Committee held on 30 November;
Audit and Review Committee held on 15 December 2006;
and to consider any recommendations contained therein that are not dealt with elsewhere on the agenda.

The meeting will adjourn BEFORE lunch at approximately 12.30pm when there will be a presentation on the Haytime Project by Pippa Rayner.
