Objective Achieved
An Open Access Perception Study was undertaken in 2007. Five hundred visitors to the Yorkshire Dales National Park were interviewed at eight separate locations. Of these five hundred visitors only one did not know that they were in a national park. This leaves 99.9% knowing that they were in a national park so the objective was achieved.
