These documents contain:

• The agenda for the meeting
• Minutes of the previous meeting containing details of all decisions made by the Planning Committee
• Report of the Head of Planning containing details of current planning appeals and delegated decisions made on applications by planning officers
• A list of planning applications to be considered by the Committee
• Reports and recommendations on these applications by planning officers
