Leaflets and forms

Communities and Local Government has launched 1APP, a standard planning application form which replaces all existing types of planning application forms (except minerals) within England. You get the greatest benefit from the new form when applying online via the Planning Portal, although the forms are available below. We also provide a number of additional forms and guidance notes for you to consult and/or complete when making a planning application. You can download copies of all these documents below.

All applications, other than those for renewal of time-limited permissions, require the submission of a pre validation questionnaire and checklist which will identify all additional documents needed prior to validation.
