General enquiries

Our planning technician team can help you with enquiries about any application for planning permission that has been made, provide you with help in filling out application forms and most other general planning queries. If unable to do so themselves, they will forward it to your local planning officer for a reply.To comment on a current application visit our view planning applications page or contact us.

Planning officers

We have six planning officers working in different areas within the National Park. The officers have a detailed knowledge of the areas where they work.  An assigned Area Planning Officer will deal with your application so you will always be able to talk to the same person.  If you would like to make an application for planning permission, or have any questions about planning, need information, advice or to discuss your ideas then please contact the planning department. This service is free of charge.
